...and the minute someone fitting the profile of a gang member up to no good is stopped and questioned, we will all cry about the racial profiling.

But wait, it wasn't gang activity, only gang Related activity. Not a problem, just an issue.
Besides, they explained on TV news that crime, well reported crime, is down.
You don't suppose folks stopped reporting crime as it only resulted in higher insurance rates and reduced property value, do you?
