If the other decisions this court has made recently are any indication, Skilling will walk away from prison to a cushy job on "K" street, courting the so called representatives of the people.
The US District Court - Western District of New York could give a rip about pretrial publicity and untainted juror pools. Just saying from fairly first hand experience.
I don't necessarily agree with you on some of the recent police incidents in Portland, but I 100% agree with you in regards to the system being broken and ultimately unfair to people to get a fair trial.
