Dark shadows at a playground
Here's a disturbing report out of Kenton Park in North Portland. Better keep an eye on those children.

yikes is right- I always travel with a digital camera - you never know when you'll need a photo to back up your intuition
(of course only if you feel ok doing that)

The people should have contacted the police asap, instead of waiting. These are the kinds of calls PD never minds checking out.

I used to live right next to that park! There are many unsupervised kids in that neighborhood playing in the streets after school. Note to parents: make sure to tell junior to "stay with the pack". There's no need to keep them inside all the time because kids in groups of 3 or more are almost never bothered.
