Okay, that sinks it. I really hate it when someone dumps me in 1999 and hides my vehicle. Anyone see a London police box anywhere?

Geeze, I thought everyone had given up on that...guess not...hope springs eternal when there is gov't money to be wasted.
And of course the Couplet is going full speed ahead. You can't get any place on MLK or Grand these days, by car, foot or bike. The streets are totally torn up.
