WOW, I sure am glad they were able to arrest this guy for engaging in behavior that only risked himself. Maybe they should have beat him for not protecting himself! Better yet - how about the death penalty for taking un-necessary chances with ones own body?
I am also glad to hear the Sherwood has completely solved its crime problem and has time to waste on petty crap like this.
Pretty good evidence that they have too much money in their budget.

Yeah, in Portland, this guy would have ended up in the hospital.
