Trial by internet

Here's the jail booking photo. Here's the sketch of the suspect. Same guy?

Not bad, actually. Especially considering the sketch is a composite provided by several victims.

Yeah, considering the victims were probably below him looking up at him, it's pretty good. Everyone looks weirder, squatter, and uglier, from below.

With any luck, when this fine gentleman is released due to budget cuts and begins to re-offend, one of the increasing number of Oregon women who exercise the Right to Choose...to carry a sensible self defense tool...will promptly render him into worm food.

He really does have that retarded maggot look to him, just like a human worm.

I highly recommend a .45 caliber model 1911. Knocks 'em down and they stay down, from nearly all the case studies I have read. That might be a little big for for some gals (smaller hands) though, but you don't want to use a little mousegun on a big, strong guy like that.

I have small hands, too, and solved this problem with some ultra-slim wood grips. Much easier to hold and aim; I can consistently get all 8 shots in the boiler room at 10 meters, some of them bullseyes.

At attempted-rape range, it wouldn't even be a contest. Save the taxpayers a great deal of money, too.

Cabbie,
Sound advice. A 9mm loaded with Cor-Bon Pow'r Ball expanding will work just fine, trust me. No need to go for the .45 if you don't like the size and the kick.

If you find the .45 too large, get one with a single-stack magazine. The double-stack magazines tend to make the grip a little wide for small hands.
