Fifteen minutes is a long time
This would make a great campaign platform for a Portland City Council candidate. One wonders how the current incumbents would fare on the program.

The sitting council, maybe not the new additions, eat the one, demand and eat two more then claim they saves the first one while insisting they be given more.
