Just wait, they are already saying you can only get a flue shot if you "qualify."
Sadly, I think thats just a glimpse of the future. I hope I "qualify" for health care.
When you consider that the vaccine is hideously undertested, maybe they thought this might be a 'quick and dirty' means of doing some 'on the fly' testing on the vaccine using people the nation doesn't really care about...internees and military personnel.

I think who knows you is more important.
Reminds of the scene from "Sicko" when Michael Moore tries to take his guests / patients into Gitmo to get healthcare.

Okay...This actually makes some sense.
