How Gatsby-ish of the Times reviewer (betcha Sham Adamsh hash already sherved thish up at a happy hour planning shession): Consider them for the bar: a splash of boysenberry in iced gin, or pear in chilled pear eau de vie.
I didn't know that "cane sugar" and "carbonation" are "sustainable". Shipping cane sugar half way around the world is sustainable with all the water usage and pesticides? Carbonation with all of it's manufacturing processes is sustainable?
