The colonoscopy part may not be so far fetched. A recent suicide bombing was accomplished in Saudi Arabia because the bomber borrowed a trick from drug smugglers and hid the bomb within a balloon that was inserted into his nether regions. The bomb was then triggered by a cell phone. The Saudi prince that was the target survived, but what if went off mid-flight in an airplane?
