Finally, Burnside Bridgehead site sees action

They're using it as a construction parking and staging area for the Burnside-Couch couplet. Not a linchpin in sight.

Just keep on building. Pretty soon the voters will forget everything else once we build enough monuments.

It's impossible to build enough. And spare no expense!

Portland Native, I think it was a defacto doggie do-do park. Probably some human do-do as well.

We should count our blessings. If that neighborhood redevelopment had really taken off, this parking area would not be available today.

I doubt if much will happen there in the near future. And the Big Pipe construction aka the giant poop shoot is scheduled to go through the area fairly soon as well.
