How many hits have you gotten from Taiwan so far?
After being exposed last trip, he'll no doubt have an aide cut and paste into an email this time around...

Why does the city of Portland need an "export strategy" with Taiwan or any country? Why should the city government be in the "business" of export development? Jaunts such as Adams' to Taiwan are such a grotesque waste of money. If you want to burn our money, just set a bag of cash on fire in Pioneer Square - at least we'd be able to roast some marshmallows with it then.
