If the miscreant assaulted his ex then he deserves whatever the court legally tosses at him, but 5 years for killing a fish? I have killed thousands of fish by bonking them on the noggin with a rock after reeling them in, yet I am still a free man. Pehaps one should ask, "what kind of fish was this?"
