It's true what they say

In Portland, nothing succeeds like failure. Can't wait 'til we replicate this with another huge one over by the Convention Center. The timing couldn't be better.

And maybe in a Paulson Stadium, strikeouts will count for three runs.

Not that I give a rats a*s about those "Pearlites," but apparently they don't much care for their new Safeway. Not enough organic Stoufers I guess. Maybe they should just be happy it's not a Winco!

All of these projects were successful. As one planner told, John Charles, "the project was a success the day it opened."

No need to be financially viable - it is a success when the money has been spent.

The goal is to spend money on friends of politicians.
