Not that I give a rats a*s about those "Pearlites," but apparently they don't much care for their new Safeway. Not enough organic Stoufers I guess. Maybe they should just be happy it's not a Winco!

All of these projects were successful. As one planner told, John Charles, "the project was a success the day it opened."
No need to be financially viable - it is a success when the money has been spent.
The goal is to spend money on friends of politicians.
