I've got a radical idea: how about banning ALL chemicals that are harmful to human health, and banning ALL lobbying performed on behalf of an industry?

or, at least setting the bar much higher for lobbying transparency?

or for that matter, banning professional politicians, expiring ALL public service roles after one consecutive term?

imagine that.

meanwhile, folks will complain "but what of the *good* politicians? but what of the *good* lobbyists?"
