I always liked how Texas cities compensated their mayors. The mayor of San Angelo was making $600. A professional city manager does most of the administrative work for the city.
Of course, Cisneros still managed to stick San Antonio with a vacant alamo dome two decades ago so maybe it doesn't attract the best people either.

The Mayor of San Angelo sounds like he is motivated by love, not sex. Big difference.
Sam groomed a 17 year old, covered it up with his indignant "mentoring" story, then lied about it (for years) in order to achieve/retain public office.
I just hope Creepy doesn't take the cowards way out and jump off a bridge.
