Something verrryy strange happened to me via FB today. One of my old college pals, who is a FB friend, started chatting at me that she was in London, had just been robbed at gunpoint, and needed help. This friend lives in Chicago, said nothing about being in London on her FB page. During the chat, she was saying/hinting she needed help to get home. I smelled a rat..suggested she contact her family. Very strange.

This scam is becoming more common. Someone broke into your friend's Facebook account to contact you. You should let her know.

I got an e-mail like that recently, purportedly from a casual friend whose address book had been hacked, so all her e-mail correspondents got the hard luck story and were hit up for cash.

Facebook is back up, so you can tell all your friends what you had for breakfast, if you can remember.

Make a grave for Facebook....I need somewhere to dance. Is there such thing as Facebook E-date rape yet ? And now as if it were not all Michael Jackson enough there is Twitter. If there were a Twit, Myspace, Faceb. free state or county I bet many people would move there.
