Grimwad misses his ticket to ride

The Portland parks folks' hired privatizer has been looking for greener pastures, but apparently he did not find them in the 'Couv.

Aw, darn....

I was so hoping that he'd get it so that they could get a McDonald's, or BurgerKing, or Subway, or whatever, installed in the palisade of the reconstructed fort.

Wouldn't that be kewl?

Then we could toss the wrappers out in the 'Couv before we got back on the new twelve lane bridge.
