Jail or prison would be inappropriate punishment for Sam. He'd be living with hundreds of men, most of them young like Beau Breedlove, and most of them gay due to the circumstances. Serial Sam would have a field day. Even without access to a computer or a PDA, he'd be tweeting 24 hours a day.

Can we officially describe any adult that sends "tweets" on "twitter" as a twit?
Certainly fits the bill here.
