Jeez, Jack, did you read this? SOS Colin Powell? Puleaze. Why weren't you able to tie Sarah Palin into this somehow?

Lake Oswego is firmly focused on streetcars even though it would make more sense and be less expensive in the long run to have light rail come across the river from Milwaukie. It will not provide fast nor direct service for commuters-it's just an ex-mayors future legacy.
