From Section 2-206 of the City Charter
"(a) A vacancy in office shall exist when the Mayor . . . is convicted of a felony . . . "
So, would being convicted of an election-related crime disqualify Adams from holding office?

Not necessarily under the City Charter; many election-related crimes are misdemeanors. It might, however, under state law.
