Grampy Potter may be off the Portland City Council, but his style lives on down in West Linn.

Interestingly, the only comment so far on the linked article is from the mayor who walked out of the meeting... offering to explain the situation in personal emails to "citizens."

West Linn could be quite entertaining over the next few months... or years.
