I'm thinking Bush's disapproval rating might actually lap themselves.
That more voters might disapprove of him by the end of his admininstration than existed at the beginning of it.

How's that for a legacy? Olympian, truly.

Three cheers then, and another round of Hard Cider for the doleful Decider.
