Sounds about right: he was cramping the President-To-Be's style. It must be horrible for her, having to pay lip service to some old man who still has to die before she can achieve God's will.
(And yes, I know it was satire. Unfortunately, the line between satire and policy is getting awfully faint these days.)

Are you kidding?
I'm a conservative Republican living in Oregon, the Portland area, for decades.
What makes you think a President Obama would be tough on me?
I'd say you better hope he wins or you and many other lib-Ds will be facing far more than a littel toughness. You may meltodwn.
Especially as Palin later becomes President.
However much I would like that to happen I would hope you all would lighten up enough to maintain.
