At least he's still alive. If the Magistrate's decision is not abrogated by the Judge, this pro-se litigant will have his day in court and an attorney's assistance. His witness list will surely include some lightning strike survivors? Ouch.

Actually, a taser only emits 50000 volts at discharge, when it senses contact, the 5 second pulse is only at 5000 volts. So this dude took 10,000 volts. Not fun.....but probably deserved
