SmartPark rehab: Three bidders for architect and engineer

The City of Portland has three interested fish on the line for the rehab work at the four SmartPark garages that we blogged about a while back. The firms submitting proposals were:

LRS Architects 720 NW Davis Portland, OR 97209

Kramer Gehlen and Assoc., Inc. 400 Columbia Street Vancouver, WA 98660

SDW (Sargent Design Works) 2225 NE 39th Avenue Portland, OR 97212

The city has also revealed that gas masks will be issued to all personnel using the garage stairwells.

all personnel using the garage stairwells.

Couldn't they buy one of those nice Seattle appliances from eBay/bidadoo and have the personnel use that instead?

Well, Peterson's customers need somewhere to go.
