Great opportunity to see if treating criminals harshly does actually deter crime. Lets see how many overdue books there are in that town from now on.

On the last page of the documents at TSG, Kevin Pipkorn is shown as having an overdue CD titled "Jailbreak." Looks like someone is thinking ahead!
