Every stranger's face I see reminds me that I long to be

For the better part of two weeks now, we have been on the road having a lovely family vacation. As we glide back to Portlandia, we give our readers the usual chance to figure out where we've been.

There are two separate locales this time around. Here are a couple of hints:

Locale no. 1: Gus did the insides.

Locale no. 2: The windmill story is germane.

We'll check for good guesses tonight after we're back home.

No. 1 is either Idaho or someplace else.

Augusta wind, Mainely meaning Georgia.

New York City.

#1 Philadelphia PA
