It does bring new meaning to the old idea of a pay toilet -- something I understand the airlines have been considering. Party of one, or party of two?

we already do it. it's just that there's a long pipe from the toilet to the rivers.

I would PAY the city to use a toilet downtown. Never am able to find a public restroom. On the flip side, it makes a great way to force people into stores.
