Trailer?
The caption on this story should probably read "The Mouse and the Souse," or "Of Mice and Meth."

I sympathize with the woman. As the involuntary landlord of a pack of DCon resistant mice, I can certainly understand the high level of enmity she had for the mice at her place. They are almost impossible to get rid of once they invade your home, and finding their droppings on the kitchen counter is gross and depressing.
However, I can't believe that she'd try to shoot the mice with a .44 magnum. A .22 maybe, but using a .44 is about as foolish an act as a human being is capable of carrying out. Unbelievable.

Could be an argument in favor of tighter restrictions on handguns, but I'm thinking Darwin Award nomination.

I don't believe in the "magic bullet" theory: my guess is that he was the shooter, and nobody "dropped" the gun.
I would be shocked and dismayed if alcohol wasn't involved.
Either way, it's proof that poor judgement and firearms are a dangerous mix.
