Everyone who ever ate a hamburger should have the opportunity to unpunch a cow out of one ofthese -- it's always a cow, instigating envy of the greener grass on the other side ... or simple escape. The steers have no ambition beyond hanging around the pasture and doing what comes natural in the meadow alone, together in mixed company.
We used t' pull cows out of the hoof-in-trough predicament, then we'd shoot 'em ... it was out around Saragosa .... In Oregon today, we pull out bicyclists who roll up and fall in. So far, we only shot a couple of 'em ... down along the lower Rogue.
The virtual variety ... is less expensive ($500 each, versus $2,000), does not impede water flow and poses no threat to ambulances or other speeding emergency vehicles.
And it doesn't work the second time any individual driver drives over them, making them completely worthless, even at 1/4 the cost.

This would be an economical means for veraSam to get the bike bridge in place for Flanders!

That's the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time.
They don't even look like a speed bump ("hump"?!). They're turned the wrong way.

The novelty effect will wear off in about 15 minutes. What a joke. And a waste.
Now if only Sam the Tram would melt fake plastic streetcar tracks into the roads. It'd have about the same affect as the real thing.
