Aerial tram breakdown strands dozens

Unfortunately the local "breakdown" is far more serious.
If all that happened was some stranded passesngers on a rare ocassion that would be acceptable by comparison.
But our "breakdown" is a fiscal melt down that is stranding budgets and services at OHSU and the City for decades to come.
