Except in Portland it there would be a bicycle involved somehow.

Except that the I-5 bridge tolls would be entirely electronic -- no toll booths. Cars without electronic toll transponders would have their license plates photographed and be billed for the crossing (with a 25 cent surcharge for billing).

The new bridge will never get built.
It carries cars trucks and buses. Yucky.
