You can form a naked pyramid in front of Bush only if your Army captors make you do it.

For some reason this made me want some more information. Looking at a picture http://www.aclu.org/images/client/smoketown6.jpg
Makes me think it maybe was "This situation demanded an instantaneous, finely calibrated judgment in response to a disturbance that arose amid circumstances that were undeniably unique, surprising, confusing and charged," Also adding to it:"One of the officers told me he had never even seen that particular photograph from the prison in Iraq. He thought this was a bunch of college kids who were attempting to moon the president." http://www.commondreams.org/headlines05/0104-04.htm
Shows what it was: "They had the right to engage in a peaceful symbolic protest, which is what they did. They did not engage or confront anyone around them."
So if you do something that is "unique, surprising, confusing" expect to spend some time in jail with no judicial recourse.
The wife and I saw the opening of "Standard Operating Procedure" last night at Cinema 21. It made me sooo uncomfortable to see the images and listen to the kids who did this to detainees over there. The attendance was about 25 people--go figure...

Looking at a video of this disturbing event in front of the "women and children"
