A blessed happy boitday to the guy who, in the '55 World Series, missed tagging Jackie out at the plate. Still, definitely one of the greats of the game.

A missed tag is bad, especially when they call the guy safe.

"In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is."
Yup, Yogi said that.

Seems like a movie about Yogi's like would be entertaining. Maybe's there is already one altho I don't recall one.
Yogi'isms...If you come to a fork in the road, take it. On a popular restaurant: "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded." And finally one more. When Yogi and his wife were lost and Yogi was nonetheless driving fast, Yogi's wife said why are you driving so fast? Too which Yogi supposedly replied: "We might be lost, but at least we're making good time."
