So, what's wrong with falling home prices? Other than being a problem for those who stupidly leveraged their equity for boats and Beemers?
Dropping housing costs is a good thing, especially in this over-valued state.

At least we don't have Maricopa, Arizona. Did you read the article in the Times last week? Something like a third of the homes are in foreclosure. Most of the folks who live their are people who uprooted from somewhere else and moved to AZ to become real estate tycoons - MISTAKE!
