Kroger had already distanced himself from the "Spitzer model" talk. But I'm sure the distance has increased quite a bit since this morning.

Nice to see Kroger worried about polluters while turning a blind eye to all the back room dealings and dirty tricks regarding urban renewal and smart growth.
I'm sure he wants to shut down the initiative process, as well -- real "man of the people..."

If I thought Kroger could shut down the initiative process, I'd be writing him big checks. There's nothing more corrosive and disabling to our state government than this so-called populist, democratic nonsense.
