Interesting but I'm unsure as to the relevance. I'd guess Clinton is pretty busy campaigning and probably has staff doing invoices and such ... maybe even an accountant or two. I'm not sure its fair to impute the cashflow decisions of the back office to the politics of the candidate.
I think its relevant as to the relative strength of the campaign; Obama seems to be flush with cash and not working about making ends meet, while Clinton is running on empty. Seems like Clinton has exhausted her donor pool while Obama's is continuing to bring in funds.
