PDC has it's own lawyers who block the City Attorney and City Auditor access to their books.
If Leonard gets them out of the way and opens up the PDC to full audit we'll get
the rest of the story and the truth.

Am I supposed to feel better now that the Rainbow City Council is in charge of the PDC bank account and is trying to take over the schools with this largess?
