Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your earmarks

So says Earl the Pearl, among others.

Jack, there is no link to the online request form for "earmarks requests" in the article. Would you be able to supply it please, as I need a few things. Thanks in advance.

I looked on Earl's website, and if it's on there, it wasn't prominent. The article refers to a letter to constituents. I'm a constituent, and I got no such letter. I'm sure the streetcar people got one, if there was one.

It probably wont be shutdown when you get back to work either. Never has for me. Seems to lock up during the shutdown process after installing updates around here.
There is always the option of "shutting down without installing updates"...then letting it do its thing tomorrow.

Jon, we're now getting a clearer picture about your computer problems :-)
