Too late. I might have come just to learn what the heck you do, this valuation business. Formerly I was an estimator which seems related. Let me know if you do another next Spring (I'll be in the Middle East during winter.)

I note that the images used across the top of this link promoting your seminar, include the typical "livable city" shots, such as the one of the downtown Portland skyline.
Apparently, they don't know you very well.
