Here's a preschool I'd be a little leery of.

I assume some bratty four year old was being obnoxious but after being put into the trunk the little brat shut up and did what he was told to do. So whats the big deal? Was he really harmed? Or really at any risk just because he is not strapped into some stupid seat? The little brat may have thought it was an adventure!
So now the woman is operating a similar facility but one that requires no license. Big deal. Do you think ANYONE operates a day care because they love being with the dirty noisy little brats? Day cares and preschools are operated for the money.
