The quoted Oregon University junior seems rather unperceptive compared to others who describe the gentleman in question as bizarre, strange-looking, cross-eyed and a self-proclaimed vampire.
Perhaps. Though I think in Eugene they tend to only look like vampires but that poor Leeds student who died in Italy did indeed have a number of neck wounds from a small knife thus giving rise to suspicions that more than mere appearances of vampire activity were afoot.
