When a Wild Oats lease expires

This one in Tennessee isn't being renewed by the new owners, Whole Foods. There had been a bit of suspense about that one over the past month or so. But there shouldn't have been -- they're opening a Whole Foods about a quarter of a mile away.

Local impacts, too. The Hillsdale Wild Oats closed permanently on Saturday, October 13, 2007.
