More crazy people walking the streets

And they're getting younger and younger.

All the while the Oregon Health Plan is drawing more and more people with mental and physical ailments from the other 49 states plus the US protectorates.

Trillium Family Services has provided some great care for my family,It's really too bad to see them have to cut back.

Seems kinda typical for Oregon though.
