Sad, sad, sad

Even if there is no advisory in effect, officials recommend avoiding swimming in the ocean within 48 hours after a rainstorm.
It's gotten that bad.

Don't forget, the Willamette has the same issue. Except at the coast they didn't have a tram to rob sewer funds.
