Were whistleblowers in the Clinton administration detained in secret overseas prisons? I don't remember that part.

No, whistleblowers weren't detained anywhere during the Clinton years. That's a very cogent and irrefutable point.

They did, however, have a disturbing tendency to assume room temperature.
