This city is spending something north of $1.4 BILLION DOLLARS of your money to "solve" this problem. The real problem is, once the project is done, these overflows will STILL HAPPEN - but not as frequently. I feel really good about that investment of MY MONEY, don't you?? Keeping Portland weird - and stupid. Thanks a billion.
