Tell me who in the house know 'bout the quake

Did you feel that little Portland-area earthquake around 9:00? I missed it, but the Mrs. felt it.

yep. sittin on the sofa. We felt it here in West Linn.

Reminds me of my youth in Southern Cal

I missed it, but here's some information. Your wife can even submit her own report, which helps scientists better map the intensity of it.

I felt it in lair hill. It wasn't much of a trembler here, only a couple shakes. I was all like, "Oh, an earthqua... Hmm, nevermind, I guess." I waited several seconds for confirmation before I remembered that I am a lonely, lonely man. Sigh.

Come on, man. There are plenty of hotties on the aerial tram. Get up there and show them your house from up above!

Come to think of it, wonder how it felt up on the tram when the support towers started rocking...

Some time back, I couldn't sleep, so I turned on OPB. There was a special on about the magnitude 9+ earthquake that will likely hit the Pacific Northwest sometime soon, possibly in my lifetime. I didn't get any sleep that night...

Around that time, I decided it might be a real good idea to own a stout Diesel truck, just in case things get ugly here in town.

It's been upgraded to a 3.3. The new info is here. The epicenter is right under Barlow.

Totally felt it. I thought that a car had run into our apartment building. My poor bird (Sam E. Bird - a cockatiel) freaked out when it happened. It rocked his cage. That's when I knew it was more than the neighbors fighting.

Didn't feel a thing. However, I do feel the quake was President Bush's fault, and as a consequence he must be impeached immediately.

I was sitting at my computer, scanning some pics.
At 1st, I thought I was just tired. Then the dining room table flexed and popped.

Hmm, earthquake

I was actually ***ing at the time and mistakenly thought I had somehow gotten slightly more awesome at it.

I question the timing of this quake.:)

Where was the Storm Team when we needed it?

I felt it last night at work. On Pill Hill. Not wanting to admit that it might be what I thought it was, I rationalized that it was a heavy truck rumbling by...

Wow, a fairly obscure Prince reference in the title.
Pretty hip, Jack.

We on the 2, y'all...

Might be better to spend the time thinking how best to get out out of there. I definitely wouldn't want to be in one of those buildings when the big one hits. Or, for that matter, on the tram [rim shot].
