Looks more like it hit the bump a few years ago, and somebody just flattened the bump to get out of trouble...

Damage was estimated at $1.7 million, and authorities said it's unclear whether the property was insured.

According to county and U.S. Bankruptcy Court records, the long-stalled condominium project was in financial straits. Deerfalls Property, an Issaquah, Wash., company that owns the property, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.
If it was insured, it will be interesting. Whatever the cause of the fire, insurers are always a suspicious lot.
